Jonathan Eggerichs, PsyD. Clinical psychologist and owner of Love and Respect Counseling.

Much of my work is with individual adults, including many men who come to see me who are struggling with their marriage (e.g. my wife is leaving me, I want a better marriage, I want to be a better dad), other relationship issues (e.g. why can’t I commit?, Is this relationship good for me? I want to meet someone) or work and life challenges including the big questions of life (why am I here?, what am I supposed to do? and where am I going?).

Together, we work to identify the issues and change what can be changed in a clear and proactive way. It is hard work, but even if you feel stuck, growth is possible and well worth it.

I am also trained in specific PTSD treatment methods), working with veterans and others who have experienced trauma.

I also see many couples. In working with couples and marriages, I have a unique relationship with Love and Respect Ministries Inc. and Love and Respect LLC, both of which attempt to impact marriages around the world.  I am the son of Emerson Eggerichs, MDiv, PhD., President of Love and Respect Ministries, and author of the bestselling book Love and Respect. Related to this, I am a certified Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Level I and II and PREPARE/ENRICH facilitator.

*While the most popular form of counseling remains face to face in person, telehealth or online appointments are easily facilitated and available. I am now certified for online appointments across state lines. Check HERE if your state is also on the list.
